An intimate adults-only retreat brings treetop stays, tropical design and nature-led wellbeing to Bangtao Beach
Twinpalms Hotels & Resorts will open Twinpalms Treehouses Phuket on 4 December 2026. Just a two-minute walk from Bangtao Beach, the new adults-only retreat will feature 30 treehouse villas and pavilions set among tropical gardens and mature trees.
Designed around the existing landscape, the resort combines curved architecture, natural materials and elevated walkways with spacious accommodation ranging from 70 to 140 sqm. Guests can choose from lagoon-side pavilions, treehouses with private onsen-inspired baths and elevated retreats with private pools and treetop views.
At the heart of the resort is a 1,000 sqm lagoon pool, alongside a spa, fitness facilities and a dedicated Recovery Zone with hot and cold pools, a herbal steam room and sauna. Daily wellbeing activities will complement an approach to relaxation that encourages guests to spend time outdoors and reconnect with nature.
Dining will centre on contemporary Thai open-fire cooking, with seasonal ingredients from local fishermen, farms and producers prepared over charcoal and embers. Guests will also have access to the wider Twinpalms collection, including its restaurants, beach clubs and yachting experiences, with complimentary transfers between venues.
